    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. This hotel is A-1. The rooms and baths feel very luxurious. The beds were great and the decor stunning, Of course, so much to see and doLisbon, that we did not spend much time in the hotel but It was nice at night to return to such a welcoming room.

Ok, l’hôtel ne semble pas jeune à l’intérieur mais Whaou, super qualité. Super service. Les chambres sont vraiment agréables, le salon VIP est top pour travailler. Un super séjour d’affaires. N’hésitez pas y passer quelques nuits. Il est en plus très bien situé.

Ein wunderbares Hotel, in dem es einem an nichts fehlt
Sehr schönes und angenehmes Hotel. Extrem hilfsbereites Personal, bestens organisiert und professionell ausgebildet. Man wird als Kunde sehr ernst genommen und zuvorkommend behandelt. Tolles und üppiges Frühstück, recht zentrale Lage. Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber dennoch gut ausgestattet. Sehr charmantes Hotel.

Nice Hotel. Good location.
Great Hotel in in central part of Libson. Very nice accommodations. Staff is friendly. Parking on-site. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean and the hotel is kept up well. Concierge was very helpful with good tips. Close to a trolley run.

Not my best hotel experience
Sadly this hotel did not live up to my expectations of a 5* hotel. Our rooms were on the 13th floor so good view. I thought the decor was old fashioned, all dark wood furniture and red and cream drapers with a matching headboard. My room had clean, vinyl flooring but my brother's room next door had a cream, patterned carpet which looks like it had seen better days. Really all rooms should be presented to the same standard so room 1307 definately needs refurbishing. The hotel offer 4 nespresso capsules and 3 tea-bags as "complimentary" if you use them all and want a replenishment there is a charge of €1 per item. There is no mention of a charge for a milk Pod, yet when both of mine were used, the room maid did not replace them so I was unable to make any more got drinks. The "stirring sticks" were also not replaced. At £170 per night this complimentary service should be truly complimentary. The mini bar was chargeable from the time of arrival and also not made clear until checking in there is a €50 hold per room, per night against your credit card on the off-chance you may consume anything from the mini bar or charge anything to your room. Be wary in the bars. Firstly the service is very, very slow. Secondly when presented with your bill, it is folded in such a way that you cannot see the option to remove or amend the service charge €2.55 as the wording in English is folded under so you only see the option in Portugese. A bit cheeky to do this to be honest.
The breakfast "hot" food was barely lukewarm by 8.30 as the metal serving plates are not kept warm. If you like cold beans, scrambled eggs, bacon and cold fried potatos you'll be ok. If not just eat bread and pastries as these start off cold. Waiting staff look surly and are very slow and roll their eyes if you ask for something different (English breakfast tea for example). Even getting a pot of tea was difficult and when it did arrive it often came without milk! Cocktail mixing was hit and miss and the pricing seemed inconsistent between the two bars. Won't be going back and definately don't recommend!

Lisbon let down
Rooms are generously proportioned and comfortable for two people. Located in a quite hilly part of Lisbon. Pleasant view. Room had everything you could want including ironing facilities and umbrella! No air conditioning operating- not until Summer- had to request window be unlocked. Staff generally pleasant. Buffet breakfast okay- some cooked foods not kept at right temperature.

Nonostante il soggiorno sia stato piacevole, la realtà delle cose è che il trattamento su alcuni aspetti non e’ propriamente da 5 stelle.
Innanzitutto al check-in e’ stata richiesta una caparra da 50€/giorno per varie ed eventuali (vedi frigobar etc), cosa non menzionata in fase di prenotazione. In camera viene regalata 1 bottiglietta di acqua che deve durare per tutto il soggiorno (in altre strutture tipicamente viene regalata 1 bottiglia/giorno). La pulizia in generale non e’ scrupolosa come ci si aspetterebbe: spostando tende e oggetti (telefono o tv per esempio) si nota questa mancanza (il giorno del 31.12.2023 non ci hanno fatto la pulizia della stanza).
Nella SPA purtroppo, si sa, la maleducazione dei clienti molto spesso non viene arginata con il riempimento delle bevande, la sistemazione dei bicchieri o degli asciugamani. Il numero di lettini andrebbe alzato. Gentile l’omaggio del cioccolatino giornaliero e per il resto nulla da evidenziare. Probabilmente la certificazione delle 5 stelle e’ datata e andrebbe rivista. Ad ogni modo soggiorno piacevole e gradito.

Ottimo albergo
Molto pulito e ordinato, con pulizia della camera 2 volte al giorno. Secondo me il personale della colazione è un po distratto, non chiedendo a tutti i membri della famiglia cosa desiderasse, ma comunque c’è un buona colazione, tra dolce e salato. Non centrale, abbastanza lontano dal centro.

Klassisches Hotel mit Stil
Das Dom Pedro ist eher etwas für Freunde des klassischen Stils. Sehr stilvoll durch und durch, freundliches Personal, sehr geräumige Zimmer, für Ausstattung, gutes Frühstück. Zu Fuß in die Altstadt 20-30 Minuten, aber gute Busanbindung in Hotelnähe.

Molto buono
Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo hotel dove mi sono trovato molto bene.

La stanza anche se fronte strada si è rivelata silenziosa ed accogliente.

Ottima la presenza del bollitore per thè e caffè.

Molto utile la presenza del ferro e dell’asse da stiro oltre alla presenza del canale Rai e del wi-fi gratuito.

Rilassante la Spa con la suggestiva piscina, sauna, hammam e idromassaggio oltre ad una mini palestra.

Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo oltre alla gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff in ogni occasione.

buon soggiorno
Abbiamo soggiornato con amici in questo hotel, l'albergo è in posizione abbastanza vicino al centro, servito da mezzi pubblici anche se Uber è comunque il mezzo più economico per spostarsi quando non si è soli. Colazione mattina abbondante e varia dal dolce al salato. Camere ampie e con ottima vista sulla città. Nota negativa, la SPA (piscina) è veramente troppo piccola per le persone, così come le sedute.

sejour parfait
reserve par l intermediare de verychic ,nous n avons pas ete decus.
Luxueux hotel 5 etoiles , chambre avec vue sur le tage , grande , tres propre;
Petit dejeuners tres bons et copieux.Perqonnel charmant et tres aimable.
2 restaurants parfaits l un et l autre.SPA petit mais suffisant pour se detendre apres une journee de visite.Position certes excentrre mais transports en communs tres proches
et taxis tres abordables.Parking prive.

No hay que ir cuando hay convenciones
Todo está perfectamente, salvo la ubicación que está lejos del centro viejo, pero su calidad, atención, servicio hace la diferencia. Muy buena toda la atención y el taxi hasta la zona del centro es muy barato, no vale la pena sacar el auto. Limpieza y demás, excelente. Muy recomendado, salvo cuando hay convenciones.

Tolles Hotel mit sehr aufmeksamen Angestellten
Tolles Hotel, super Frühstück, sehr aufmerksames freundliches Personal.
Leicht mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Ohne Umsteigen mit dem Bus vom Flughafen bis direkt vor das Hotel. Die Altstadt ist auch zu Fuß in 45 min zu erreichen. Vor dem Hotel fährt die Linie 24 der legendären Lissaboner Straßenbahn bis in die Altstadt.
Pool und Spa sind im Keller, Etage -5. Nicht wirklich groß für ein so großes Hotel. 5 Liegen am Pool.
Neben dem Hotel befindet sich ein großes Shopping Center mit Restaurants und Supermärkten.
Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Esperienza più che positiva. Consigliatissimo
Hotel eccellente. Consigliato. Inserito in un bel contesto con tutti i servizi a disposizione.

Licht und Schatten
Das Hotel lässt mich ein wenig ratlos zurück.
Es bietet traditionellen Schick und der Service beim Checkin/Checkout ist sehr gut.
Frühstück sehr beengt, aber gut,

Warum gebe ich aber nur 3 von 5 Sterne:

1) ganzes schlechtes Raumklima.
Das Zimmer ist bei abgestellter Klimaanlage (Außentemperaturen um die 20 Grad) total überhitzt und stickig gewesen. Als wenn die Heizung an wäre. Möchte nicht wissen, wie das im portugiesischen Sommer wäre.

2) der Service an der Hotelbar ist eine Katastrophe.
5 Tische besetzt, 4 Kellnerinnen. Keine fühlt sich zuständig.bin irgendwann aufgestanden und gegangen.

3) im Zimmer gibt es Teebeutel, aber keinen Wasserkocher oder große Tassen für Tee. Wasserkocher wurde aber durch die Rezeption gebracht.

Hotel hat mich leider nicht überzeugt.

Très bel hôtel mais excentré
Très bel hôtel moderne et luxueux.
Choisissez une chambre au 19ème étage pour profiter d'une jolie vue.
Breakfast copieux.
Personnel très serviable surtout à la réception.
Les points négatifs :
. Hôtel trop loin du centre ville, nécessité de prendre le taxi avec un coût de 20 euros aller-retour
. SPA très petit, sombre et mal équipé
. Pas de piscine extérieure

Angenehmer Aufenthalt für eine Geschäftsreise
Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, wobei der Kaffee maximal als mässig einzustufen ist. Ausreichend und durchschnittlich für ein Städtehotel, aber leider definitiv keine 5*.

Die Zimmer sind okay, ich habe soweit gut geschlafen. Badezimmer und Design scheint aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen zu sein und eine Überholung wäre sicher bald anbegracht.

Extraordinaria estancia
Hotel bien situado con buen acceso desde la A2 y muy bien comunicado con el centro.
A la llegada se hacen cargo del coche y del equipaje, no te preocupas de nada.
Las habitaciones y los baños perfectos.
Atención y servicio esmerado.
Lo aconsejamos. Desayuno de diez.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Les chambres sont très propres, les lits très grand et confort. Accueil parfaitement sympathique. Accès au centre 30 min à pied ou 10min en voiture. Je reviendrai sans hésiter lors d’un prochain séjour.

Lo primero cobrar a la entrada con tarjeta de crédito. Como si se va a un restaurante y cobran antes de comer.
A las 15 horas la habitación sin hacer. La excusa es que el hotel está lleno.
Alejado del centro con servicios de hostal y precios de hotel de cinco estrellas.
A evitar. Hay otras opciones en Lisboa acordes con el precio y el servicio.

Muy completo
Hotel de 5 estrellas, bien ubicado y bien comunicado con las principales atracciones de Lisboa. Se encuentra en frente del centro comercial de Amoreiras, uno de los más importantes de Lisboa. Acceso fácil en coche. Transporte público cercano incluyendo el típico tranvía lisboeta cuya linea 24 para enfrente del hotel. Una carrera en Uber desde los barrios típicos al hotel cuesta de 5 a 6€, un par de euros mas en taxi.
Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas, cómodas y bien insonorizadas. Disfrutamos de una habitación triple con tres camas de tamaño normal, no la típica supletoria.
Buenos salones y espacios comunes. Buen desayuno buffet abierto a una hermosa terraza en verano.
El hotel dispone de parking subterráneo.
A destacar la amabilidad del personal; un 10 para el personal de recepción. Sin lugar a dudas un hotel muy recomendable; volveremos.
